Variety description

The variety belongs to the leucomelan botanical variety. Plants are short-stemmed, 85–95 cm tall. The ear is white, dense, cylindrical, bearded, non-pubescent, with long black serrated awns. The grain is white, semi-elongated.

The variety is characterized by high resistance to lodging, shattering, and drought, as well as above-average winter hardiness. It possesses group resistance to diseases: high resistance to Septoria and smut species, moderate resistance to brown rust and powdery mildew.

The thousand kernel weight is 45.1–48.5 g, the test weight is 796–802 g/l. The grain contains 27.3–30.1% gluten and 13.6–14.9% protein. Due to its facultative growth habit, it is suitable for delayed sowing dates after late-harvested predecessors.
