The variety is a spring crop with a plant height of about 122 cm. The plant is awned, possesses high tillering capacity, and good lodging resistance. The thousand kernel weight is about 27.2 g, and the husk content in the grain reaches 20%.
The variety possesses resistance to powdery mildew, tan spot (Pyrenophora tritici-repentis), and leaf and glume blotch (Septoria), and shows moderate resistance to Fusarium. The grain is characterized by a high content of protein (19–20%), gluten (45–60%), and lysine (up to 3.65%), as well as an increased zinc content.
Due to low Zeleny test values, the variety is poorly suited for traditional baking. It is recommended for the production of pasta, cookies, breakfast cereals, and yeast-free products.
