Plants of this variety are tall, from 130 to 150 cm, with a thick and strong stem; however, they are prone to lodging on nutrient-rich soils. The variety belongs to the late-maturing group and is characterized by good resistance to weeds, pests, and most diseases.

Grain yield in husks is 2–3 t/ha under organic cultivation and up to 4 t/ha under semi-intensive conditions. The grain contains a high level of crude protein and gluten. The variety is suitable for use in the baking and pasta industry, production of porridge, soups, and confectionery products, as well as in feed production.
