The variety is a tetraploid plant with high chill requirements. Genetically, the variety is primarily derived from Vaccinium corymbosum with limited gene contribution from V. angustifolium and V. darrowii. The plant forms a vigorous, medium-height bush with vertically oriented shoots.
The berries are characterized by a large size, medium-blue color, high firmness, and a juicy, crisp texture, possessing a balanced sweet flavor. The berries are characterized by a small, dry picking scar and easy detachment from the pedicel.
Due to concentrated ripening, open fruit placement, and berry firmness, the variety is suitable for mechanical harvesting. It is intended primarily for fresh market sales.
