Variety description

The variety is a hybrid of Verbascum «Jackie» and Verbascum phoeniceum. The plant forms a basal rosette of textured leaves and upright flower stalks 45 to 100 cm in height. The flowers are about 2.5 cm in diameter and have a peach-yellow hue with a contrasting plum-purple center.

The flowering period lasts from June to August; reblooming is possible if faded flower stalks are removed. The plant prefers full sun and well-drained soils; it is sensitive to winter waterlogging. It is deer-resistant, but may be affected by powdery mildew or spider mites.
