The variety belongs to early maturity groups. The vines are prone to early bud burst, which makes them sensitive to spring frosts. The variety adapts well to different soil types, is characterized by moderate or low yield, and requires protection against diseases.

The wine grape variety is used for the production of a wide range of white wines, from dry to sparkling. Wine characteristics depend on growing conditions: mineral notes and high acidity manifest in a cool climate, while tropical fruit tones appear in a hot climate. The variety is suitable for aging in oak barrels.
