Cenicienta is a wine variety intended for wine production. The variety is characterized by its ability to produce structured wines with a fruit profile, high content of polyphenols and tannins, which allows for aging in oak barrels.

The plant is considered a promising variety in the context of global warming due to its adaptability. The variety is included in research samples studying resistance to downy mildew, however, precise quantitative data on this indicator have not been published.
