The variety has a medium ripening period and low yield. The plants are characterized by slow growth and prefer cool climatic conditions, while the variety possesses the ability to adapt to soil salinity conditions.
The flower is perfect. The leaf is medium, rounded, five-lobed, weakly to moderately cleft, with medium dense pubescence on the underside. In the Canary Islands, it is often found as part of field blends along with other local varieties.
