Variety description

The variety is a white wine grape that originates from the Austrian Thermenregion. Its shoot tip is open, heavily pubescent and colored red, which gave the variety its name. Young green leaves have fine pubescence and a bronze margin.

The leaves are medium-sized, five-lobed, with deep sinuses and red veins. The bunches are characterized as large and dense; the berries are greenish-yellow and very juicy. The shoot growth habit is upright, with weak vigor.
