Variety description

The vines have high vigor. Mature leaves are small or medium-sized, five- or seven-lobed, deeply dissected, with dense or medium-dense pubescence on the underside. The petiolar sinus is closed with an elliptical opening. The flower is hermaphroditic.

Clusters are small, conical, and medium-dense or dense. Berries are very small, round, greenish-yellow, covered with a medium-density waxy bloom, and have skin of medium thickness. The variety is characterized by low yield and good resistance to gray mold.

The variety is used in winemaking for both dry and late-harvest sweet wines, showing potential for accumulating high alcohol levels while maintaining acidity. Wines may exhibit fruity and spicy notes. In blends, it is typically combined with the Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, and Petit Courbu varieties.
