Variety description

The variety is vigorous, with good vine maturation and perfect flowers. Clusters are conical, loose, weighing 140–280 g. Berries are medium, round, black with a thick waxy bloom, firm skin, and juicy pulp.

The growing season is 160–165 days; ripening occurs in late September – early October. The variety possesses high resistance to downy mildew and gray mold, relative resistance to powdery mildew, and frost resistance down to -24 °C. Yield is high and stable, amounting to 120–130 c/ha.

Juice sugar content is in the range of 18.3–23 g/100 ml with an acidity of 5.8–9.7 g/l. Wines produced from this variety are characterized by deep color, tannin content, and aromas with notes of cherry, blackthorn, and nightshade.
