Variety description

The variety was developed as a rootstock possessing resistance to specific pests, including nematodes and the insect Eurhizococcus brasiliensis. It is characterized by high resistance to phylloxera, although cases of susceptibility to certain biotypes have been recorded.

The plant is sensitive to lime-induced chlorosis caused by high lime content in the soil. In experiments, a later start of the vegetation period and differences in the growth vigor of grafted varieties were observed. Studies confirm the influence of the rootstock on the physical and chemical properties of the berries and wine of the scion variety.
