Bush is vigorous. Bunches are medium-sized, dense, making the variety susceptible to rot during the ripening period. Berries are small, round, dark violet in color. The variety is prone to uneven ripening and millerandage, and in hot climates it is capable of producing a second harvest on lateral shoots.

Used exclusively for the production of a wide range of wines: from light fruity ones to aged and dessert wines. Due to high sugar accumulation, it allows for the production of strong wines with an alcohol content of 14 to 17%.
