Juan García, also known by the synonyms Negreda, Mouratón, and Tinta Gorda, is a wine grape variety, presumably a hybrid of Cayetana Blanca and Alfrocheiro. The variety is characterized by high productivity and an early ripening period. The bunches are medium-sized and very dense, which creates a risk of Botrytis infection on fertile soils; the berries are elliptical in shape, dark blue in color with unpigmented flesh.

Wines from this variety have a medium body and aromas of red berries, black cherry, spices, and mineral notes. They are characterized by smooth tannins, moderate acidity, and an alcohol content in the range of 12–13.5%. The variety is used both for creating varietal wines and in blends with other local varieties.
