The variety is a technical grape cultivar. The vine is characterized by moderate growth and sparse foliage. Bunches are medium-sized, moderately dense, with prominent shoulders; berries have a characteristic reddish hue. The variety is characterized by average yield, low sugar content, and medium acidity of the berries.

The variety ripens in the first half of October. Due to the physiological characteristics of bud development, it successfully avoids spring frosts. It possesses high resistance to rot, but is sensitive to certain viral diseases; in particular, it is used as an indicator for GCMV. The variety is primarily cultivated in the Kunság and Csongrád regions.
