Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is medium-growing, although growth vigor can increase on fertile soils. It belongs to the mid-late varieties. The crop is susceptible to fungal diseases such as powdery mildew, downy mildew, and gray mold. It has moderate frost resistance, withstanding temperatures down to –18 °C, and requires winter covering in most regions. During unfavorable flowering periods, flower shedding and berry shot (millerandage) are possible.

The bunches are medium or large in size, conical in shape, and have a loose structure. The berries are predominantly large, round or oval, violet-blue in color with a waxy bloom and firm skin. The flesh is fleshy and juicy, possessing a characteristic muscat aroma. Originally, the variety was intended for greenhouse cultivation; it is now used as a table grape and for winemaking.
