The variety belongs to the Muscat group and has Mediterranean origins. It is a plant with medium vigor and an early or medium ripening period. The bunches are usually small, cylindrical in shape, and often dense. The berries are round, small or medium-sized, with thin skin and a light yellow color.
The variety is considered demanding in cultivation. It is sensitive to fungal diseases such as powdery mildew, downy mildew, and gray mold, and is also prone to flower drop during adverse weather. Winter hardiness is assessed as low or moderate. For successful development, the vine requires sunny sites with well-drained soils.
Wines produced from this grape are distinguished by pronounced aromatics with notes of flowers, Muscat, peach, citrus, and spicy herbs, while also retaining fresh acidity.
