The variety is a hybrid obtained by crossing the varieties (Chrupka bílá × Neuburské) × Irsai Oliver. Full maturity of the bunches occurs by mid-October. The variety is characterized by low yield, while the berries have medium or high sugar content.

Wine from the Muskana variety is characterized by a yellow-green color and a complex aroma with floral, herbal, and spicy notes. The plant possesses resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, gray mold, and berry shatter.
