Variety description

The bulb has a regular rounded shape, slightly flattened at the base, with a uniform bright white color without colored streaks. The cloves with pinkish skins fit tightly together, forming a compact structure. The leaves are narrow, lanceolate, and green-blue in color.

The plant has an autumn-summer cultivation cycle: planting is carried out from October to December, harvesting by the first ten days of July. The crop is distinguished by a high dry matter content, which ensures long-term keeping quality. The aroma is less pungent, with notes of freshly cut grass and sweet fruity undertones.
