The variety belongs to the winter bolting types and matures by July 25. The bulbs are medium-sized, colored grayish-white with faint purple spots. The leaves are dark green in color and short in shape.
Inside the bulb, there are 6 to 12 cloves arranged unevenly. The yield of the variety is characterized as medium, however, the virus-free version Blanin II shows significantly better productivity results.
The variety has a mild, noble taste and a very long shelf life. Due to its vegetation characteristics in the spring, the plant is less susceptible to infestation by the garlic fly.
