The plant is a strong and vigorous variety. The bulbs have a characteristic triangular shape and are covered with a white or cream-colored skin. The cloves are more elongated, which gives the garlic bulb a visually thin and elegant appearance.

Planting is carried out at the end of the year, in November or December, and harvesting is performed in June. The variety possesses an intense aroma, a pungent taste, and a high allicin content. The aroma after consumption is characterized as clean and persistent.

This variety is a local traditional product from the Chinchón region in Madrid. It is intended for fresh consumption and culinary use, representing high gastronomic value for its region.
