Variety description

The variety is a winter bolting garlic with wide leaves. The plant is tall, with dark green foliage. The bulb is flat-round and contains an average of 8 large cloves with thin, easily separable skins. In case of late harvesting, the bulbs are prone to cracking.

The variety matures very early; harvesting is carried out in early July. It possesses good winter hardiness and is adapted to the climate of the Czech Republic. The taste is pungent. The variety is versatile in cooking: in the first half of the season, the whole plant can be consumed, and removed flower stalks are suitable for preparation.
