The plant is a dense rounded shrub reaching 0.3–0.6 m in height and width. The spring leaf color varies from orange-red to yellow-orange; in summer, the foliage becomes burgundy-red with a golden border, and in autumn it acquires yellow and brick-red shades.
The variety blooms with small yellow flowers with a reddish tint, practically not producing seeds. The shrub is characterized by winter hardiness in USDA zones 3–8, drought tolerance after establishment, and high adaptability to urban conditions. Due to its compactness, it does not require frequent pruning and is resistant to pests.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
