The variety is late-ripening; technical maturity of the root crops occurs approximately 110 days after sowing. The root crops are round in shape and reach a weight of about 400 g. The flesh is dark red in color, with no visible light rings in cross-section.
The produce is distinguished by a high content of sugars and betanin with a low capacity for nitrate accumulation. The variety has a universal purpose: suitable for fresh consumption, long-term storage, and home processing.
