Root crops have smooth dark red skin and intensely colored flesh with a high content of sugars and betanin. Rings on the cross-section are weakly expressed or practically absent. The root crop is submerged in the soil to 3/4 of its length.
Variety for universal use, suitable for fresh consumption, processing, and long-term winter storage. Suitable for bunching production. Yield is 55–70 t/ha; a low tendency to accumulate nitrates is noted.
