Root crops have a cylindrical shape with a length of about 15 cm and a diameter of 4–8 cm, the surface is smooth. The flesh is of an intense carmine-red color, distinguished by a high betanin content, tender texture, and weakly expressed zoning.
The plant forms a leaf rosette, which facilitates harvesting. The variety is characterized by high yield and good keeping quality during storage. Intended for cultivation in open field on fertile soils with regular irrigation.
Due to the shape of the root crops, the variety is versatile in use: suitable for slicing, industrial processing, canning, juice production, and salad preparation.
