The roots of the variety have a white color with a purple top and are formed just below the soil surface, which allows for mechanical harvesting. The plant is distinguished by abundant and healthy leaf mass, as well as high yields of fresh matter and dry matter.

The variety is intended for livestock grazing or fodder harvesting, as well as for growing as a cover crop to improve soil conditions. Under European conditions, sowing is recommended in late July or early August.
