The variety belongs to the May turnip group. The roots have a thickened flattened shape and a bicolored white-purple-pink coloration. The flesh is white, tender, and has a slightly sweetish taste with subtle spiciness, without a pronounced mustard aftertaste.

The plant is adapted to harsh mountain conditions and is characterized by low nutrient and temperature requirements. When growing, a sowing depth of 0.5–1 cm is recommended, with a planting pattern of 15 cm between plants in a row and 30 cm between rows.
