The variety forms elongated roots, colored white with a characteristic purple "neck." In documentation, it is also known by the name Long du Palatinat and the common name corno de boi.

The plant belongs to the group of late-maturing varieties. When growing, it is recommended to adhere to a planting scheme of 25 by 25 cm.
