The roots of the variety have a semi-long conical shape, can be both short and long, often with curvatures. The surface color is light-purple, sometimes with patches of white or darker shades of purple. The degree of smoothness and uniformity of the roots is estimated as moderate.

The variety is a fodder crop intended for feeding to livestock along with the tops. Trials have shown high susceptibility of the plants to clubroot (Plasmodiophora brassicae).
