The root vegetables are round or flat-round in shape, with smooth white skin and crisp white flesh. The optimal diameter for harvesting is about 5 cm. The leaves are dark green in color, glabrous, and also suitable for consumption.

The variety is distinguished by rapid growth. The flesh has a sweet, fruity taste without bitterness, which allows the root vegetables to be consumed raw, as well as used for pickling, baking, or sautéing. Like other members of the species, it can be susceptible to Phyllotreta cruciferae and Delia radicum.
