The plant forms dense clumps 30–45 cm high and 30–40 cm wide. The leaf blades are heart-shaped with a pronounced silver pattern on a bright green background. Small flowers, resembling forget-me-nots, are gathered in paniculate inflorescences; the flowering period occurs in mid-spring, from April to June.

The variety is a winter-hardy plant capable of withstanding temperatures from -15°C to -20°C. It prefers moist, well-drained soils and does not tolerate waterlogging. Due to its compact habit and disease resistance, it is used as a groundcover crop for bordering and planting under trees.
