Plants of this variety reach a height of 50–80 cm. The fruits are 10–12 cm long and 2–3 cm in diameter, often distinguished by a curved shape and tapering towards the end. The variety is late-maturing or mid-late: green fruit harvest is possible 90 days after transplanting, and ripening to a red color occurs within 80–120 days.
The variety has a pungent taste and is suitable for cultivation both in the open field and in protected cultivation. The fruits are used fresh, dried, or ground, and also for making sauces and soups. In scientific research, the variety is often used as a reference sample when studying resistance to anthracnose and when describing the morphological traits of pepper.
