The plant forms a neat, dense and compact mound approximately 25–30 cm in height. The leaves are narrow, arcuately curved, and evergreen. A characteristic feature is the cream-white coloration of the leaf blade with contrasting dark green edges.
During the spring period, usually in May–June, inconspicuous brownish or beige spikes appear. The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness, corresponding to USDA zones 4b–5, and resistance to deer grazing.
The plant prefers moist, fertile, well-drained soils and semi-shaded areas, although it is capable of adapting to various conditions. It is used as an accent plant in mixed borders, rock gardens, and for planting in containers.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
