Tree with an upright growth habit, capable of reaching 20 meters in height. The nuts have a light red-brown hue and a weight of about 15–18 g; more than 12% of the fruits are prone to polyembryony. Fruit drop occurs freely, without the spiny burr.

The variety is classified as early, with ripening occurring from the second half of September to the beginning of October. Grafted trees begin to fruit in 3–5 years. The variety is a good pollinator and possesses resistance to leaf rust, while being sensitive to Cydia pomonella.

The plant withstands frosts down to -28°C. The question of resistance to bark cancer requires clarification; for protection against root rot, the use of resistant rootstocks is recommended.
