Variety description

10 August 2026

The fruits of this variety are medium or large (45–55 mm) and have a spherical shape with one flat side. The husk is light brown, thin, and shiny. The flesh is white, dense, sweet, and melting, with no bitterness. Harvesting begins in early October when the cupules open naturally.

The variety is considered partially self-fertile; however, to increase yield, it is recommended to plant it with pollinators such as Belle Épine, Bournette, or Maraval. The fruits have good keeping quality and can be stored for several weeks in a cool, ventilated room.
