The Vespero F1 variety belongs to the Sugarloaf type. The plant forms dense cylindrical or cone-shaped heads, reaching approximately 25 cm in length. The leaves are light green in color, featuring a crunchy texture and a pleasant, slightly sweet taste.
The hybrid is characterized by bolting resistance and high adaptability to temperature fluctuations, which allows it to be grown in the open field throughout the entire season. Due to the dense structure, the heads transport well and are suitable for long-term storage in warehouse conditions until January.
The produce is intended for sale on the fresh vegetable market, inclusion in salad mixes, preparation of smoothies and appetizers, and can also be used for industrial processing.
