Variety description

The variety is a compact tree 1.5–2.5 m tall with a spherical crown. The branches are thin, the leaves are dark green and lanceolate. It is characterized by a tendency towards variegation of the shoots, on which fruits with striped peels sometimes form.

The fruits are medium-sized, rounded, with a protrusion characteristic of navel oranges. The peel is orange, medium-thick, and separates easily from the flesh. The flesh is colored pinkish-red or ruby due to the content of lycopene and carotenoids.

The variety belongs to the early-mid season group; the harvest period falls in late autumn – mid-winter. The taste is sweet with low acidity. The plant has low frost resistance and grafts well onto standard citrus rootstocks.
