The tree is short, slow-growing, with a rounded spreading crown, drooping branches, and dense foliage. Thorns are practically absent. The leaves are large, thick, and dark green in color.

The fruits are small in size, oval-shaped, tapering at both ends, without a pronounced neck and with a small nipple. The peel is of medium thickness and turns yellow when ripe. The pulp is tender, moderately juicy, contains about 10 segments, and the taste is tart-sweet. Seeds are few or entirely absent.

The variety is characterized by abundant fruiting and high resistance to the fungal disease mal secco. The fruits are used fresh, for juice production, and for making candied fruit and limoncello.
