The tree is characterized by a dense crown with a tendency for vertical growth and an almost complete absence of thorns. Young shoots may have a greenish hue with purple tinges. The variety is early-maturing and remontant, providing high and constant yields throughout the year.

The fruits are elliptical in shape and weigh from 130 to 160 g. The yellow peel of medium thickness has slight bumpiness and a high content of essential oils. The flesh is lemon-yellow, very juicy, highly acidic, and usually divided into 10 segments.

The variety is sensitive to dry air, strong winds, and is susceptible to the fungal disease mal secco. The fruits are used as a universal table product, as well as in the perfume, cosmetic, and food industries.
