Variety description

The Sando variety originated in the Plana Baixa region and is intended for fresh consumption. The tree has medium vigor, a slightly flattened canopy, and, as a rule, does not form thorns. The plant is characterized by rapid onset of fruit bearing.

The fruits have good size, a thin peel of intense orange color, and juicy pulp with a distinct balance of sugar and acid. A characteristic feature is the ease of peeling the fruits and the almost complete absence of seeds.
