Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is an evergreen plant with a stiff stem and an upright growth habit. The leaves are long, sword-shaped, and colored lime-green with creamy-white stripes along the edges. When grown in containers, the plant height typically ranges from 90 to 150 cm.

On mature specimens, paniculate inflorescences consisting of small fragrant white flowers may form. The variety is a semi-hardy perennial capable of withstanding short-term temperature drops down to -5...-7 °C, though winter protection or indoor storage is required in cold regions.

The plant is used for landscaping gardens, decorating terraces and patios, and is also grown as an indoor plant. The variety is distinguished by its compact shape and drought tolerance; however, when grown in protected cultivation, it may be affected by mealybugs and spider mites.
