Variety description

The plant has an upright growth habit with a slight outward lean. The leaves are long, lanceolate, and possess a variegated coloration including brown, grayish-red, light orange-white, as well as crimson and purple shades.
The height of a mature specimen reaches 2.5 meters with a width of approximately 1 meter; a trunk forms over time. The cultivar is characterized by a vigorous growth rate, adaptability to temperature fluctuations, and is suitable for year-round landscaping in tropical, Mediterranean, and formal gardens.
