The variety has xiphoid, strap-like leaves of olive-green color with a distinct red stripe in the center and at the base, creating a red-center effect. As the plant grows, the leaves acquire a deep burgundy shade. In adult specimens during a hot summer, large inflorescences with small white flowers may appear.
The plant possesses improved root system development and is characterized by high stability of young seedlings. The variety roots easily and is well-suited for cultivation in containers. It is used in landscape design for creating garden borders or striking decorative accents.
