Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant reaches 4–6 meters in height and forms a broad, dense, spreading crown. Leaves are dark green, rough, elliptical or rounded in shape, measuring up to 12 by 9 cm. The variety is used as a fruit crop, a pollinator for other varieties, and for creating hedges.

Fruits are large, with a mass of 4–5 g, conical in shape, and gathered in clusters of 2–4. The shell is yellow-brown with stripes, the kernel fills it completely and constitutes 42–45% of the nut mass. Harvesting takes place from the second half of September to early October.

The variety is self-infertile and possesses high winter hardiness, withstanding frosts down to -28...-30 °C. It is characterized by high resistance to diseases, tolerance to the bud mite, and low susceptibility to the nut weevil.
