The plant is a shrub with vigorous upright shoots, reaching a height of 3–5 meters. In spring, leaves are red; in summer, they turn green while retaining a reddish tint on the shoot tips, and in autumn, they become burgundy again.
Fruits weighing 2–2.5 g have an ovoid or cylindrical shape and a thin shell, clustered in groups of 2–8. The variety matures in the second half of September or early October, providing a yield of about 5–8 kg per bush.
