Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety was obtained as a result of multiple crossings and mass selection. The plant reaches a height of 1.2–1.5 meters. Its distinguishing features are the glossy emerald-green color of the buds, a complete absence of spines, and the tight arrangement of bracts, which maintain a compact shape and do not open upon ripening.

The plant possesses high uniformity, which allows for obtaining a large volume of marketable buds for standardized packaging. The variety is free from a tendency to produce defective albino seedlings. In regions with a mild climate (USDA hardiness zone 7 and above), the crop can be grown as a perennial.

The seeds of this variety are grey or greyish-medium in color. The variety is intended for food production—unopened flower buds—and is suitable for industrial cultivation, as well as for harvesting when grown from seeds.
