The variety Columbro Bianco (synonym Colummaro Bianco) is a bifere, producing two crops: fioroni at the end of June and the main harvest in mid-August. The plant is self-fertile and does not require pollination. The tree is distinguished by large, fleshy, lobed leaves.
The medium-sized fruits possess yellow-green skin and sweet flesh, which has a consistent structure and a red color. The variety is considered resistant to diseases and possesses good winter hardiness for a fig, provided protection is ensured in cold climates.
