The variety belongs to the common type that does not require pollination. The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a dense crown with large leaves having 1–3 lobes and serrated margins. Harvest maturation begins in late September.

Fruits weighing from 38 to 50 g have greenish-yellow skin, which acquires a purple or burgundy hue upon full ripening. The flesh is thick, dense, and sticky, of a deep red color. The taste is sweet with berry notes, the sugar content reaching 30%.

The variety is adapted to the conditions of the Balearic Islands and is resistant to rain during maturation, although it may be prone to cracking under high humidity. It is used primarily for fresh consumption.
