Grisette trees have moderate vigor and good productivity. It is a bifere variety that produces two harvests per season.

Fruits of the first harvest (breba) are large, pear-shaped, grayish-purple in color with sweet pink flesh. Fruits of the second harvest are smaller and elongated, have ash-gray skin with a waxy bloom and red flesh. The sugar content in the fruits reaches 19%.

The variety is considered relatively resistant to low temperatures and resistant to fruit souring on the tree. The harvest is suitable for fresh consumption.
